Commuters of Sydney are more engaged with their technology and are forgetting about the importance of their surrounding environment, which causes people to forget the courteous and social rules in life, such as keeping left on escalators.
Our concept not only looks at addressing these issues, by providing a playful and interactive experience through the use of motion capture that captures the attention of users, and encourages them to keep left.
I'm a User Experience and Interface Designer with a particular interest in the application of this to the area of health and medicine. In the past year I have worked on projects for Westmead Hospital and Glucotek Inc. looking at how to improve the current patient experience in a variety of contexts. Outside of class I’m a keen athlete, playing water polo for the University of New South Wales and more recently the University of Sydney.
